      Founded in 169, the Planning Commission is a part of the City of Henderson. It has more than six members appointed by mayor. It also circulates public meeting notices and develops meeting agendas. In addition, the commission records minutes and accepts presentations from individuals. The Planning Commission is located in Henderson, Nev. The City of Henderson also operates fire, finance, human resources, police, redevelopment and economic development departments.
