I'm a single mother of five kids and they trying to make me lose my section 8! I had a HOA fee that I never knew about until like a month ago... I never got a call or letter until last month. They let it built up to 600$ and then try to serve me payment notice. I never had receive any papers to pay the fee before it got fined the second time. My house didn't want to pass inspection to move in but they let me move in I couldn't find nothing in my short time I had. So now that it's a year I been here they haven't fix nothing. They want to charge me to fix stuff that was already broken. The water heater was leaking for two months and no one came until like 3weeks later and my water bill was 200$ both months. They won't let me move or sign my 30 day cause if the HOA fee!!! Remind y'all they told me before the worker who sent me the fine told me out her mouth that the old worker wasn't handling her business that's why never notified me so I have to pay for them not having good employees����

The crew is one of the best around. I can honestly say that i have NEVER had a boring conversation when i go/call in for any reason. The loud Cuban always cracks me the heck up lol. The thing i like about this group is that they always tell you exactly how it is. They don't beat around the bush, even if its something you don't wanna hear.

I have been a tenant for 2 yrs n i love my home, first united has been very prompt in fixing my repairs which are very little,I am a tenant that takes good care of my home and will not call first united cause i need to change my a/c filter. I have called them when my water heater exploded on a Saturday evening, i called the emergency number and in less than 30min. I had the plumber and the crew at my house. They have a very nice crew everyone is super helpful n polite and very understanding. Therefor i give them 5 stars.....
