William Duncan, the founder and principal of Duncan Financial Planning LLC, grew up in Oklahoma, but has lived in the Las Vegas area for about 15 years, where he worked in the casino industry for over a decade. While working full-time, he earned his B.A. in Accounting and completed Boston University's Financial Planning Program; he went on to pass the comprehensive Certified Financial Planner exam.
