City Clerk offers municipal governance services through the administration of the electoral, legislative and recordkeeping processes. The department consists of three primary service divisions, including archives and records services; council and commission services; and elections and administrative services. It is a part of city of Henderson, Nev., which also operates building and fire safety, human resources, municipal court, finance, fire, parks and recreation, public works and police departments. The city of Henderson also operates utility services department that provides treatment and delivery of drinking water, collection and reclamation of wastewater, and utility infrastructure planning and management services. City Clerk is located in Henderson, Nev.
