This review is for Andy Herrera. Andy is the best technician that Ambient edge has. He goes above and beyond to find out what the problem is. He is very prompt, knowledgeable, professional, polite, and definitely knows what he is doing. He is concerned for the customer and never gives up until the customer is satisfied with his work. I would give Andy 10 stars if I could.

Antonio arrived when e-mail stated. He investigated the issue. Told me it was no charge since it was a call back. located the issue and has my job out for quote. Based on previous projects history. i should have quote by tomorrow and repairs made by end of wek oif not sooner! Great company to work with. i feel comfortable dealing with their techs and STEVE.

I contacted Ambient Edge late in the afternoon and they were able to schedule me first thing the next morning. Our AC unit is 15 yrs old and I was sure they would hard sell a new unit to me. Surprisingly they diagnosed a worn out fan motor and they had a replacement in stock in the truck. It was quick and easy. AC was up again in less than 90 minutes. Brian and Tim called ahead and arrived on time. They were professional and had great attitudes, even working out in 110 degrees. I would recommend Ambient Edge and Brian and Tim to everyone.

Kerry arrived ahead of schedule (he called and asked if this was ok). Went right to work and checked our system for winter operation and discovered a very minor issue which he took care of on the spot. He was everything that we had come to expect of Ambient employees. This is the reason that we have remained customers of theirs.

Had a complete replacement of a 2 ton and 4 ton AC/Heating system during a typical 110 degree Vegas day. Jimmy and crew were professional, proficient and courteous. Jimmy kept me in the loop about what was going on and the installation was quick and painless. I highly recommend using Ambient Edge if all their crews are as well trained and professional as Jimmy's.
