From the days when Ma drove her customers to factory and promised that "we will not be undersold" to today not too much has changed except for who operates the company. Today Dennis Williams and Kelly Williams-Walsh, the son and grand daughter, own and manage the family business now in its 38th year. The "Ma" Williams Difference: "Ma" Williams today is the sum total of three generations of knowledge and experience, which started in 1969! With this knowledge we've pioneered the process, commonly referred to as a land/home package, whereby a manufactured or modular home is placed on fee simple real estate with a permanent foundation. Born of this experience and knowledge we have created a completely new innovative software system so advanced that Ma's customers may follow their project to its completion; knowing all along the way what has been completed, what needs to be done or what hasn't been done, as the case may be. Very nice mobile homes. The salesman was pretty good to work with. They were able to put me in a very nice mobile home adn made the whole process pretty easy.
