  K & M Contracting is a small, family run business begun in 1981. A dedicated staff has worked with the company for many years. The company employs personnel qualified in all of the separate trades: electrical, plumbing, roofing, painting, flooring, trim, etc.
• Drywalls
  The Cooper family has dealt with K & M Contracting since 1992, during which time they have provided us services such as painting, construction, reconstruction, designing and general household maintenance. Their work has been flawless and always as promised. Their workmen are hard working and completely trustworthy. When necessary we entrust the keys to our house to them. In the past they have replaced our roof, repainted rooms, removed carpet and replaced it with reconstructed wood floors and, in the bathrooms, tile. They have repainted outside doors and shutters and recently replaced drywall and redid the ceiling in our master bath, caused by an air conditioning leak.

  The company can develop designs and drawings for small projects, such as a room addition or interior remodeling. Qualified architects and designers are called upon when needed. K & M Contracting holds license #113 through the city of San Antonio.

  Tom Carle, owner of K & M Construction, has over thirty years experience in home construction. He has been in the construction business since he began as a carpenter and roofer in his father's company (Carle Roofing and Remodeling) in 1973.
