Long wait for nurses to call you in, an even longer and uncomfortable wait for the doctors (especially with a newborn), and VERY impersonal. Nurses and doctors carry around laptops and type and look at the computer instead of you!! They book appointments even if the particular doctor is on call for the hospital and will up and leave in the middle of your appointment!

I have never seen a worst doctors office then helena pediatric clinic!! Doctors are not very helpful and you can tell they dont care about your child they just care about the money!!! And the nurses and receptionist are very rude and disrespectful!!! I will never take my children there again!!! very unprofessional!!!
