Was very disappointed with how my 85 year old father was treated. Having to make a change in a trip they book ed a new one instead of using money he could use from a previous one. They gave him a weak print out of his trip instead of making it darker and larger font. He can barely sign the form, so they should service their clients. When I called, they were not willing to give back the agent fees nor apologize, just blaming him. I am a AAA member and this is very disappointing.
