Provided by YP.comI had two appointments at Aunt Martha's in Hazel Crest IL, the first time was basically just an initial visit and to begin the steps to receive treatment for a hernia on both sides of my abdomen/groin area. The nurse, Judith Sheldon, only did a very brief exam of the afflicted area and then proceeded to order the incorrect ultrasound; I was told by a rather amused employee at South Suburban that the exam the "nurse" ordered was only for women. I was forced to go back and forth between the buildings to fix *her* error, which was extremely painful for me. I was off my feet for three days afterwards as a result. I eventually was set up for the correct ultrasound at South Suburban. Due to my hernia, the procedure was extremely painful and I couldn't even get out of bed for two full days. I later found out from someone I know who works in the medical field that a CT scan would have shown it clearer and not caused me extreme pain; the nurse never even mentioned the option to me. The second time I came in was to get the results of the ultrasound, and it was a nightmare. I had to wait for over two hours past my appointment time, despite arriving 10 minutes early. I never even saw nurse Sheldon, who I had the appointment with, but was told by some other nurse I had never seen before that "the test results showed no signs of a hernia" in a very condescending and rude manner. She gave me literally no options even when I repeatedly asked her what I should do next in that case, eventually she said I could come back in a week to see Sheldon "again" despite never even seeing her at this appointment and that I "might be able to still get a surgical consult". Let me be clear, I have had to push my own intestines back into my abdominal cavity on both sides of my groin multiple times, and I have been in constant pain for more than a month, so I'm absolutely positive that I have a bilateral hernia. Not to mention nurse Sheldon had supposedly already identified it as such, she had even told me the ultrasound was "just a formality before I get scheduled for a surgical consult". Obviously I have no plans to come back to this hellhole, and now I have to find another doctor to start this process all over and get the correct imaging done. In the meantime I'm in constant pain, to the point that I can't sleep at night, walk more than a few minutes at a time, or take care of myself. I would not recommend going here under any circumstances.
