I feel like this dental office is a scam artist. I went in there for a simple teeth cleaning with dental insurance. They ended up saying I have no cavities and I have great teeth. They suggested a deep cleaning and to replace an old silver filling because I stated that there was some hot/cold sensitivity near the silver filling. They told be my balance would be $200 and some change. They did not do a very good job in my cleaning and when I tried to change my mind about replacing the old filling they persuaded me to just do it since my mouth was already going to be numb. Like an idiot I agreed I paid off a little over $100 and today I opened my mail and to my surprise they sent me to collection for $800.12 Whaaaaaaat?????? I tried calling them to see where they got this crazy amount when my insurance paid for most of my cleaning???? This is by far the worse dental experience I have ever had. I even changed my dental provider due to the horrible job they did... Never use this dental company it is horrible.
