Please don't allow them to fix your iPad. I had a 4th generation iPad where the top screen was cracked and that was all..I dropped my iPad off in February and picked it up end of April. The customer service and handling of my property was less than satisfactory. I was told that a technician dropped my iPad and broke a part that wasn't even broken. Then when I got I back there was dirt and glue underneath my screen all visible. Multiple phone calls and multiple excuses on why I had to wait for one more part.i will never use this place again I would have been better off paying half the price at an Apple store and just getting it replaced.
