After living in Nevada for some years, you come to know which restaurants have consistently good quality of food and can find that same quality from state to state. WRONG.

We moved up to Idaho for peace and quite and an occasional meal from KFC.

The store in Post Falls is just absolutely horrible.

They use lesser quality chicken, are over-priced, and take forever to do an order.

The other nite we got one of the special family meals at the Hayden store and by the time we got home, some 15 miles away, we were so upset at the meal, we thru it all away in discust!

The chicken, which I asked for extra crispy, it wasn't, was extremely over-cooked and dry and very greasy, totally unedible, it was almost burnt!

The coleslaw was very "woody" and hard to chew and the potatoes were very dry and tasted funny.

This is the second time we have been screwed at the drivethru and it will be our last.

From now on we'll drive all the way into Spokane Valley, some 32 miles, to one of the best we've even been at to eat.

After some eight years, it has consistently been the best KFC.
