I cant give 0 stars, but if I could it would be more then this place deserves...other reviews are absolutely true, but only half the story. Slum lord would be putting it nicely.

It is sad to say that the people that are in charge of managing these rental properties have non-contracted folks doing their work! The money that they save on paying these folks is money that he pockets to buy all his high end mercedes-benz. I have had many incidents with this rental company and I am finally taking matters into my own hands and speaking out to you...I would hate for anyone to go through the run around with this HORRIBLE COMPANY!! This company pockets the rental money and fail to ever fix or keep their apartments up to health and safety standard codes that are required by law!! For example, I moved into my unit with the guarantee that the carpet was going to be changed since it was left disgusting and full of stains and stench...I always paid the rent on time (1st of the month) and it took them a YEAR to get someone out to install new carpet...f.y.i. this company and it's so called "owner" which he is not it the worst person left in charge!

these people are rip offs they do not fix anything i have been a tenant for two years and none of my request have been attended to. the building they advertise on this site are not their buildings. It is very disturbing to see how crooked this company is.
