Eagle Towers - I have not noticed that the elevator was broken, but have had other issues. Part of the ceiling above my living room window fell through during a storm in Aug or Sept & it took them until Dec to finally fix it, after I called about it 3 or 4 times. When they fixed it, they left a huge mess that I had to clean up & left a tool sitting on my window sill. Today, a chunk of the ceiling above my shower fell through and left a huge mess in my tub. A person came to look at it, said that he'll be back in a few days to patch it up once it's dry, & then just left. So now I have to clean out my tub and take showers with a big hole above me. Also, I recently started having problems with roaches in my apartment.

We have been without an elevator since Friday on one floor. This has been going on for the last four weeks intermittanly. There are senior citizens on the floor that can just about get themselves down the steps, let alone have to carry laundry and groceries. The rug on the first floor is filty and the fire extinguisher has een missing for months by the back entrance. Since there are tenants here that are irresponsible we have had numerous fires that have endangered all residents. If there is no fire extinguisher in this location we would have no chance of getting out if the fire was blocking the door. There are also tenants who participate in acrtivities in full view of their patio doors that should not be allowed. Other tenants make noise that is disturbing other residents and continue even after they have been asked to stop. We live here, pay our rent and get no results to our requests. Having an elevator is part of our rent, we should get a credit on our rent if not working
