Erika Saucedo, O.D. is a board certified, residency trained optometrist. Dr. Saucedo received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She graduated magna cum laude from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science in Integrative studies with concentrations in Biology and Leadership. In addition, she completed her clinical training at the Feinbloom Vision Rehabilitation, South Charlotte Veterans Affairs Medical Clinic, and private specialty practices in Florida and Georgia. She was recognized for clinical excellence in primary care at The Eye Institute, low vision internship, and affiliated patient care sites. Following graduation, she completed a residency in ocular disease at Wilmington Veteran Affair Medical Center. Dr. Saucedo was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She enjoys traveling, reading books, playing guitar, and helping her community. She is fluent in Spanish and she has had experience translating for patients while she was a student at Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and Pennsylvania Optometric Association. Her goal as an optometrist is to be able to offer her patients the highest quality vision care.
