No parking. no hot showers. spider problems. walls are paper thin so you hear your neighbors on each side of you. management/maintenance doesn't care if you have problems and it will take them months up to a year to fix 1 problem. drunk people stumbling on property while walking back from bars. constant parties held by Hispanic/section 8 residents to the point where the cops have to come every weekend. Maintenance team walks into your apartment with no heads up whether your home or not. Low class residents constantly knock on your door asking for food etc. Dog feces all over sidewalks because people don't pick up after they're animals. Main office always closes early if they feel like going home and not staying till the office hours are supposed to close. Don't waste your time living here!
