WELL I HAVE TO SAY THE EXPERIECE I HAD WITH THIS DEALER WAS ABOVE THE 5 STAR.THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE PART OF THE FAMILY AND THE PROCESS WAS EASY AND PAINLESS.THE BEST PART WAS THE AFTER HOURS DELIVERY TO MY HOME. BEN COPPOLA WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY TO MAKE OUR EXPERIENCE 10 STARS THANK YOU AGAIN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER AS THE DEALER OF CHOICE IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A MERCEDES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have owned Mercedes for over 27 years and moved to Andover from NY. My first visit was the best I ever had by far they treated me as if I purchased the car from them. I told the service advisor Nick that I was thinking about a car for my daughter, he then took me out to the sales dept and I was introduced to a Brockton. What a honest and kind young man he shows me some cars I picked a pre-owned C class and then met Loren and Jim the General Manager I was so pleased with how I was treated that I felt I had to let people know about my Great! experiance. Thank you guys
My best advice regarding this dealer is to get a quote before they do any work and ask them to leave the defective parts in the trunk. My rear window would not move so I called and made an appointment. When I got there, the service guy said that it would cost $250-$300. While this seemed excessive to get a window fixed on a car with 75,000 miles, I Iet them proceed rather than taking a chance on rain later in the day. Very unhappy to get a bill for $384 and even more unhappy to find out that I was charged $228 for labor on a job that took less than a an hour. When I questioned the service guy, I was told that I was charged a "book" rate. Basically told me that I would be charged for 2 hours as long as the time was anything less than 120 minutes. Not sure who wrote their "book" but obviously someone who wanted to gouge their customers as much as possible. Does this dealership know anything about value or how they are perceived? And I bought the car there. I won't be back!!!!!
I had the most disappointing experience with Smith Motors. The General Manager cannot be bothrered to return calls. The person at the service desk has no idea what service means. When I asked for additional help, he told me to go find someone on the floor. What is that about? Oh yea, and be aware the service techs - one of them tried to sell me something i didn't need. this was a very poor MB experience.
