RUDE-Calls your home (and after you get out of your bed sick with the flu to answer on the 3rd ring)---only to have them hang up on you....without so much as a word spoken on their end after you say "Hello". Caller ID is really nice to have, now I know where NOT to buy insurance -Thanks!
