I can't say enough good things about Mike and Nancy. They have done 4 house inspections for me and the quality of the work and the quality of the reports are outstanding. They have saved me from some potentially very expensive mistakes by showing us things we had not seen nor would have thought to check. The reports are very thorough and have pictures to accompany any finding. They are both kind, caring, and knowledgeable. On every inspection they have encouraged us to be present and both thoroughly explained and showed us their findings.They take the time to explain things as they find them, why those findings are a concern, and then make suggestions of what to do should you want to repair it. They have been worth every dime I've spent. Thanks to them I have now found the "right home" by having unacceptable areas exposed on 3 other houses. Mike and Nancy were very professional and thorough throughout the inspection process. They explained everything in detail as they went through my house. They also sent me a very professional, detailed email of all of their findings and recommendations. I will be recommending them to family, friends, and anyone in passing that might be in need of a home inspector.

I have used their service twice, once for a residential property that we purchased for rental income and another time for a commercial property (multi-unit housing). Nearly ALL of the home inspection companies on the list our realtor gave us could not meet our 10 day deadline, but I'm so GLAD I called Ozarks Home Inspections. Called on Saturday and they did the inspection on Wed. and only b/c our realtor wasn't available sooner. They asked that we come along if possible so they could show us around -- most inspectors don't want anyone hovering while they work. They were both so very kind, extremely thorough, competitively priced, sent us a top-notch professional report via email, and then called a day later to make sure I received it and to go over it with me on the phone (even though they discussed everything with us in person). I was beyond pleased! Seriously will send anyone that asks to the Dedmons!
