Roland Professional Counseling provides both individual and group counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples, families and seniors. Chelsea’s counseling approach utilizes a holistic approach drawing mainly from Person Centered Therapy and Cognitive Therapy, but is not limited to the interventions connected by these theories. Change is dependent on your work and mine, so while it is impossible to guarantee specific results, we will work together to achieve the best possible outcomes. Individual appointments are 50 minutes in length and group therapy sessions are 90 minutes. Please call for insurance verification and pricing.
