Mailperson left our community mailbox open and unlocked today. IT IS ABSOLUTELY I M P O S S O B L E to call this post office and report something like this. My guess is that they don't want to answer the phone so they set their call box to full and line usage to busy and the phone system just routes you into never-never-land. I have been on hold for more than 90 minutes and at 5:00 they will close without ever having answered the all. So the box remains unlocked over night and our mail could be stolen.

We the neighborhood at Hidden Lake would like to express our disgust at the way the mail is delivered when our regular postal carrier is not working. We receive other people's mail, packages are not delivered or some elderly folks that are waiting for prescription of medicine to be delivered are sitting in the post office until Ed comes back on duty. This has been a problem for some time now, and we are really getting angry. Why should we have to deliver mail that is not ours. That is the job and responsibility of the postal carrier. We always know when Ed is not working, because our mail is most of the time not ours. I know that people make mistakes, but come on now, all the time. I hope this info. goes to the correct people and this problem is addressed shortly.
