Dr Jose is very kind and caring but if the place is still owned by the greedy woman, run the other direction! The boarding kennel was a nightmare of 'injuries-waiting-to happen' to your dear pet should you use this place. I would not take an enemy's pet to this joint. Too overpriced, lousy customer service and much personnel turnover....wonder why and skip Noah's Leaking ARK!!!

I had been going there for about two years and I won't ever go back. I was turned away for the one emergency I had. Their costs are incredibly high. Last straw was when I was told they won't let me buy one of my dog's perscriptions online (cheaper) because they didn't know where the perscription was coming from. I had to buy it from them. Horrible customer service.

I have taken two of my dogs here and feel that they will take care of all my dog's needs. My dog got bitten by a bee this summer. I called and a vet got back to me right away to tell me what to do and asked questions to determine if he needed to come in or not.

Their staff is not very friendly and they nickel and dime you to death. They try to get every test and shot done under the sun. Watch for them slipping in extra things without discussing prices or why you would need them. They will zap you with a big bill at checkout beware.

We have been taking our doggie to Noah's for years. The staff is always very courteous and helpful.

I had been going to Noah's for years and had been pleased until my recent experience with them which led me to discontinue my association of with them FOREVER. I recently took my seriously ill dog to be seen by a vet. I was turned away because "I didn't have an appointment". The reason I didn't have an appt. is because it was an emergency and naturally you can't make an appointment for the unforeseen. There was NO ONE in the waiting room and I explained that it was an emergency that I thought my dog was dying. I was told to make an appointment for that afternoon; I explained that I didn't know if she would last that long without being seen. Instead of treating her, they referred me to another clinic. My pet was like a member of my family and it hurt when they refused to treat her. I felt it was an inhumane and certainly not characteristic of animal lovers; the attitude was very uncaring. Anyone who sticks with Noah's should PRAY THEY NEVER HAVE AN EMERGENCY!

They are too expensive and the cost keep rising. They do not do good follow-up service.

I have been a client of Noah's for MANY years. Their professionalism, coupled with their expertise and dedication to your pet makes Noah's one of the very best in this area. Their kenneling service is outstanding (and reasonably priced). I highly recommend them.
