0Needed help with washer and dryer repair ... Sent someone out the next day. Very knowledgeable young man came out and took care of issues we were having. Would recommend them to anyone ... Rick
Called to see if they carried a replacement fuse for a dryer. He said he had it in stock and didn't know the price off the top of his head but that it was "definitely under $6.00." Stopped by after work to pick it up and he said it would be $15.99. It's a fuse for a Kenmore dryer. Had priced them online with the prices ranging from $3 to$8. Guess he knew I needed it in a hurry, with a family of five couldn't have a dryer sitting for another day or two. What a crook. If he takes advantage of something so small one can only wonder what how much he rips off people on repair bills. Stay away from this bottom feeder.
Very pleasant to talk to and checked the price for me on a used upright freezer frost free without any hesitation. Very nice to deal with.
