I am a runner and I have always dealt with back pain and sciatic issues, thinking it was the price you pay for running! In January 2014 my sciatic pain became severe enough to send me to the ER. Doctor prescribed prednisone, ice therapy etc. While this helped my symptoms it did not address the cause of my pain. My trainer referred me to Dr Cohle. I was skeptic, but had nothing to lose but my pain. Dr Cohle took the time to thoroughly discuss my condition. He truly cares about the whole patient and getting you back to training. With one visit I noticed a difference in my pain level and mobility. I believe the Active Release Technique he utilizes is a very effective treatment option. Turns out my sciatic is fine, but my back muscles were extremely tight causing my constant pain and sciatic issues. Two months later I feel great! Thanks to Dr Cohle.
