Bought Groupon in late December 2013. Called several times to schedule. Man answered one time, said he would call back and never did. Left several voice mails over course of 3 months until one day voice mail box was full. Groupon was expiring and even they were unable to make contact. See today there is still a Groupon for this business. Went to their location in March and local businesses never see anyone there. It's just a one car garage. Not much of a business. Why is Groupon still selling this?

DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON! I bought a detail package on May 28th and have been trying to call and use it since then. Noone has ever answered the phone or returned my messages until I left a not quite as nice message last night about my confusion. I get a call back this morning, how convenient, and he isn't concerned that I haven't been able to get in touch of them - a BUSINESS where I already paid for services. He very unprofessionally tells me he can schedule me 3 weeks out. I've already been waiting for 2 months! So i tell him if this is how he is going to run his business, I'd rather not even bring my car in there. Calling Groupon to report this and recommend not selling their services - seems like a scam to me. Why sell a Groupon and then treat those customers poorly?

Got my filthy, dog hair laden, BBQ sauce smeared 2007 RAV4 detailed here today and I am very pleased with the job he did. It looks almost new again - and I didn't think that was possible anymore. I'd go back here again, even without a Groupon coupon. He took a lot of pride in his work, and I appreciate that. Thank you Rashee.

I can't believe the unprofessionalism, I have to agree with Loka, it was totally bogus!!! Rashee was absolutely crazy and there is no staff and there were no cars there being cleaned and the so-called shuttle service was out on a call. It was a total ripp off and you should not use this service. I can't believe this day in time that people are still pulling "the okie doke"; doesn't work here!!! Nice guy greeting you, but one look at the facility and this guy you could tell right away what they were about. The previous ratings must have been done by them; it's not real people and they made up the good ratings. BEAWARE, I am in disbelief that are still in operation, BOGUS and totally unprofessional!!! I would rate this with 0 stars but you have to pick in order to post, real talk!!!

Please DO NOT BUY A GROUPON COUPON to get services at 3D detailing. It is a fraud. 2 of my other friends also bought coupons here and got worst service. I bought a coupon for 69$ (150$ worth according to them) which includes exterior hand washes with interior vacuuming, detail package with a wash and wax, tire and wheel scrub and shine, and an interior vacuum.



After I bought the coupon, he said he does not have appointments for next 45 days. Seriously ? (I am supposed to keep my car dirty till then!). As i was already trapped by buying this coupon, I had to agree for it.



Finally After 45 days, I dropped my car at 9.00 am in the morning. I get a call from them at 3.00 pm and he says that he got to go out at 5.00 pm and asked me to drop my car for one more day. I said I cannot do that as I have my work commitments. He said he will do all the services except car wash by 5.00 PM and I have to come back on Saturday to get car wash again. I went crazy but kept my cool and agreed for that to deal with that nut head. I go at 5.00 PM and to my horror, not even single service mentioned in the coupon has been done to my car except for vaccuuming. There was no one to complain as everyone has left by that time.



This is my first ever review on internet and I didnt know any other way showing my frustation for the services given to me.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT GET TRAPPED LIKE ME !! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I had a wonderful experience. Mr. Dantzler was very nice and did an excellent job on my car. He also gave me an extra percentage off for being over 55 years old. And that extra percentage helped a lot.

I am so pleased with the results of my car and even more pleased with the price. I was able to catch the Fall Special so I only paid $60.00 for basically a complete detail without the shampoo. It took a little longer than I expected but I went over and grabbed a bite to eat from Burger King while I waited. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The service was excellent, my truck looked brand new after I had it waxed and buffed. And his prices were reasonable much better than Triangle. He was very detailed and didn't miss a spot and he even threw in a free vacuum. Definitely check this dude out.

My car looked like new after I had it done. The price was very reasonable for a complete detail which included my engine, exterior, and interior. My car is 6 years old and I never had the interior shampoo and cleaned, it looks amazing. Now all I have to do is go back for maintenance and to have it washed. I would recommend this place to anyone, the service was outstanding and the staff was very pleasant. And they even dropped me off and picked me up from work.
