      The Evergreen Nursing Center is a licensed- and skilled-nursing facility in Harmony, Pa. It offers more than 110 beds in skilled-nursing unit and over 35 beds in personal care facility. The center offers 24-hour skilled nursing care, social services, and physical, occupational and speech therapies. In addition, it serves special diets to its residents. The Evergreen Nursing Center organizes a range of planned activities on a daily basis. Its activities include crafts, musical programs, cooking classes, outings, holiday celebrations, games and picnics. The center is a part of PennMed Consultants, which provides managerial responsibilities for skilled nursing home facilities throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. PennMed Consultants handles personnel, marketing, nursing, resident care, dietary, social services, accounting, data processing and direct service needs of the Evergreen Nursing Center.
