First Community Title has been apart of Bell County for more than 120 years. Our records go back to the sovereignty of Texas, We have escrow locations in Temple, Salado, and Harker Heights. We can handle any size or type of transaction, from the sale of a small lot or a home to ranches, hospitals, hotels, and shopping centers. We take pride in taking care of our customers, making each transaction a positive experience for all involved. We are the "hub" of the transaction. While we sell title insurance, our job is to coordinate all the different aspects of the transaction from the buyers, sellers, realtors, builders, lenders, tax entities, inspectors, and the list goes on and on. We collect funds and disburse them to all the parties due. First Community Title is made up of real people, providing real service in our community. We are active in many civic organizations, with our emphasis of involvement directed at children and pets. You might even notice the use of animals and children in our ads.
