First and foremost, my wife and I have been to this Sonic at least a dozen times since we moved to the area in Feburary. Each time it has taken at LEAST 20 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we left THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH. Secondly, the experience tonight just pushed us over the edge. It took 7 minutes for someone to acknowledge us at the order box. THEN, it took 20 minutes for the food to come out after correcting the person who took our order twice. When we get home, the buns for the sandwiches were stale, the tomatoes nasty and the breakfast burrito egg was burned. This is unacceptable and is the LAST time I will visit this Sonic. And I am not willing to drive all the way to Red Lion or Lancaster to visit a Sonic. I was a HUGE fan of Sonic and have been a patron for years. This Sonic has made me never want to go to another one ever again.

The new fast food joint was clean, well-lit, the staff was friendly and the food was AMAZING, as was expected. It's off Eisenhower and was hard to locate using Google and Mapquest. It sits directly behind a Perkins restaurant. It's actually their 3,000th store (having built the 2,000th in 1999). Hopefully they'll put one in MD soon!
