      Founded in 1904 as Yacobian Brothers in Boston, MA., Colony Rug Company, as we are now known, is a family owned and operated business. In fact, we are currently in our second century of operation under the same family ownership. We are now located in Hanover, MA., and under the guidance of our fourth generation. We here at Colony Rug Co., continue to take pride in the sales, fabrication, delivery and installation of the finest quality floor coverings. The company provides sales and installation services to both the trade and retail clientele throughout New England and in recent years has expanded to the entire East Coast. Colony Rugs’ reputation has been built upon years of experience and excellence in the industry. We feature a wide selection of carpeting and a diverse collection of hand knotted and fabricated rugs. Colony Rug takes pride in thier skilled craftsmanship, custom installations and fabricating services that they provide to every client.
