Financial Hardship? dont expect help, only harrassment of disrepectful employee's, who end up calling work and family even after contact with office. Never do they allow you to express thoughts only to interupt and speak over you even after allowing them time to speak. Save yourself from grief and avoid them altogether. We wish we did!
