Doctor was very courteous and kind, and they were willing to tell me the truth about what was going on instead of just treating me like a number and telling me it's fine like Patient First does. The doctor truly was concerned, and took the time to talk to me about my current condition. Enjoyed my experience and highly recommend I & O Medical Centers. If it wasn't for that staff, then I may still not understand what was seriously going on. They have my respect, and will be visiting again. I only waited about 20 minutes, and they had a T.V. that was there keeping me occupied. Would like to see the same Doctor, and he said he can because they are acting as my primary care physician with setting up my annual follow-ups and tracking my medical records. I have a reliable place who cares about me finally!

Terrible experience. Was there for over 4 hours watching people who came in after me get serviced before me. Paid cash for everything same day and a week later I got an obscenely high bill that was never told about from a company that they work with for lab work. Absolutely ridiculous...don't even deserve the one start I'm forced to give them.

This place is absolutely terrible. I was not seen for over an hour and a half. I was ushered into a patient room, sat there and waited for over an hour. The room had a terrible odor to it (such as that you would encounter with someone who had terrible body odor). The 'doctor' was just as bad. Seemed to be just a huge rush job to get me in and out. Just awful!!!
