Hi, my name is Darlene and I was very impressed with Dr. Hicks who cared enough to answer her own phone while her receptionist was out to lunch. I was on the phone all morning trying to find a doctor, who could disperse my meds.
Dr. Hicks addressed the reason for the call and advised me to "call back to speak to her receptionist to assure an appointment ASAP." I did just that and had an appointment the following week as promised.
I was frantic and nervous when I called but after talking to Dr. Hicks my call was completed with ease and everything I needed was right there.
Dr. Hicks was extremely professional, with immediately addressing the reason for my call.
My 1st visit was frustrated because it did take a bit long to go back and see her, and this may have been due to the paperwork, which seemed like forever.,
But we all know "good things come to those who wait."
I have had 3 visits so far and am so pleased every time I finish my visit.
For me Dr. Hicks is a fresh face, her character is sincere along with her urgency to really care, she understood all my concerns and got right to the reason of my visit..
However after finding out that Dr. Hicks is the same kind of doctor as my
"Family Medicine" Dr. Baines who as well is an awesome doctor and has been for over 7 years.
I will have to do my research on both and make sure I make the right decision for my health. But for real, if I have to make a decision, it will be a hard one. Either way, I feel its going to be a win, win situation.
I will recommend Dr. Hicks to anyone in need for a "Family Medicine" doctor.,
She is good for the community and I'm glad to have her..
