Provided by YP.comHad a issue with heat the day before the coldest day of the year. I called to setup a service call visit. Was told someone would be out that very day. By 2:30 no one had showed.
I then sent them a email asking if I could have assurances that someone would be out today to look at the unit. An hour passes, no response.
I'm starting to get worried. I have 5 kids. It's suppose to drop into the 20s tonight.
I then call, and attempt to explain that I NEED to know if someone is coming out today, if not, I need to hire someone else.
The response I got from Cindy the receptionist was "SIR, DO NOT TAKE THAT TONE WITH ME"
What tone? I just need to know. I'm a father. I need to know if someone can come or not and fix my heat. I explained all this earlier that morning around 9 am that I need someone out today. If they could not get to me in time, they should have let me know.
Looks like I'll be going elsewhere.
Good customer service goes a long way.....
