We have been waiting for almost 24 hours for a service call. We have now been told about 6 times that they have tried our 2 mobile phone numbers, but can't get through. Funny. We have made and received multiple phone calls during this period and our phones are not the problem. We would have preferred the truth 24 hours ago so that we didn't lose 24 hours. Citizen's telephone is TERRIBLE, but there is no other option. I had to give them 1 star to get this to submit, but they don't deserve it.
