I got a great deal on a house a few years back and was very new to this area at the time. The house came with a refrigerator, but everything else I picked up at a very reasonable price here. I have had no complaints. I actually had one a problem where I thought the washing machine was leaking, they quickly sent someone out to check it, and it turned out it was my drain stopped up, I expected them to charge me for a house call, since it was my fault, but instead they just told me that they were glad there was no problems with the washing machine and to call them if I had any other problems.. I had a similar experience 5 or 6 years ago after buying a new dryer from hhgregg, they charged me 75 dollars for a house call. That being said I even went back to buy a refrigerator a few days ago.
They have the hard to find parts for older pluming,pipes,appliances big or small,Erie has it all.
