Founded in 1991, Ecoair successfully developed a line of more reliable, efficient and cost effective electrical alternators and motors with industry leaders in automobiles, heavy equipment, refrigeration and hybrid vehicles. Its Eco-Tech high-amp alternators were developed to address the need for high output at low engine speed. Ecoair began marketing its Eco-Tech 305-I Alternators in 2002. Eco-Tech alternators are available for new vehicles and can be retrofitted for older vehicles. Some typical applications that require a high power alternator are fire and heavy rescue apparatus, ambulances, utility vehicles, shuttle buses, limousine and party buses, school buses, tow trucks and tractor trailers, commercial fishing boats, construction and mining equipment, surveillance and telecommunications vehicles, motor homes and SUVs. The company s experience in new technology development, production and marketing enables it to seek development projects related to generator sets, vehicles and boats.
