This dealership and it's sales and service staff are hiding behind smoke and mirrors. They promised to cover me for 36,000 miles from when I purchased my '08 Dodge Sprinter brand new. When I bought it, it had 972 miles on it. I didn't get a discount because of the mileage. I wasn't told that the warranty would end at 36,000, no matter what. The current mileage is only 36,362. The salesman, Brett Bair, promised that they would cover up to the mileage plus the 906. This was an out and out lie. I talked to Tom, the service manager, after talking to Brett, and they will not cover anything unless Chrysler will honor the warranty. I live over an hour from this dealership, and Tom wants me to come in so that he can diagnose it and then ask Chrysler if they'll cover the problem. He wants me to waste more than 3 hours of my time, and about $50 dollars in diesel fuel, and still won't guarantee that it'll be covered. Run from this dealership and from Chrysler. They lie and won't honor their price
