I went without a car for about a month. They said they put a new pcm in my car. I was charged 500 for a part that we found online for 200. They charged me 180 for labor. I was told that the pcm put in wasnt new when i took it to someone else after a month. These people were rude and unsympathetic. My car no longer runs.

Had brake work done on my Tahoe in Dec. 2014 by this repair center. As a result of this center's VERY POOR workmanship (the bolts came off of the right rear brake and made a hole in the RAM). Since the original work was faulty it stands to reason that my car rental expenses would be covere by this shop; however the so-called mechanic refuses to pay for the additional expenses I have accrued with a car rental. I strongly DO NOT recommend South Potomac Service Center in Hagerstown. I'll be taking them to court.

Yea I know rick he doesn't have a business yet he was looking into it he is trying to find a place but no money to get it started.he is trying he is referring his customers to harps and a couple of other people he knows.its ashame he is a good tech.he said he was looking when I talked to him last.but as for now he is doing nothing.

Yes they are a joke their so called mechanics as you call them are Not certified ...they are parts changers that is all.I went in when they first opened and the owner had no clue of what he was doing.anybody who would take their cars their is a fool....I saw some of sams used cars their I would not recommend buying a car from him because they must be bad cause they take them up their.

Jim had the cops over their they did a car for some guys he must have messed it up to saw them with a. Car trailer they were chasing him through the shop.sooner or later it wil happen when you don't have good people wrorking for you.

Yea south Potomac auto dontt know who they let get away he must be a real dummy.rick works on my car to he's the best if nextow left him go their are just as dumb a lot of people know rick.that boy is a worker I don't care if I had a shop I definitely would hire him.he is good at what he does.oh well their loss. I heard steve isn't in charge no more his son took over the business. Its pretty said when he is not their I call and ask for them and they are never their.how can you run a business like that they are running poor mike to death. Yea when I applied their a year ago jim told me that he pays the nextow drivers to bring cars up their ??? He said he pays a guy named ryan under the table and another guy who runs the black rollback.I wonder if the bosses at nextow know this that they are using the trucks for extra money.if that's the way they do business I wouldn't want to have them working for me.as far as taking my car their never.and having it towed by nextow never I will make sure other people know this that's why I'm putting it on here.

To answer a lot of people's questions nextow is a rip off to the only good person up their now is mike him and rick still talk to each other and I heard from time to time mike helps rick on some cars that place is getting very bad to they are having a lot of issues since rick left if mike goes they will be screwed ever since the bosses son took over that place is going to hell in a hand basket they did rick wrong he went far and beyond to do what he was told to do steve needs to get back in the game for he ruins the business.

Rick has done my cars for years and he is the best he worked for nextow towing and they let him go that is their loss so they hired a guy at the pa location that guy up their works good on big trucks butt has no clue on cars either I took my car up their thought rick was still their working and it took them forever to put a heater core in my car and it still isn't right.he is not certified either how can these garages stay in business hiring people like that?
