General Info

Our ranch-style memory care and assisted living facility in Hagerstown, MD has been part of the community for more than 20 years. We provide help with day-to-day tasks like incontinence and medication management as well as dressing, bathing and dining. At Elmcroft, we focus on wellness and keeping our residents as independent as long as possible with a tailored plan of assistance to meet their needs. There are a wide variety of activities and social events, as well as amenities available to fit the unique needs of all residents, including those with Alzheimer's or dementia.
