My tax preparer called me to ask if I could stop by to sign some papers for my refund anticipation loan. When I arrived he was not there but the owner was and to my suprise the preparer had made a $400 mistake, making my return less but rather than call me he made it seem like I just had some routine papers to sign.

The owner was very rude to me saying that "things happen, I mean you could leave here now and fall and break your leg". He offer no apology and no discount on the $200 for 20 minutes preparation fee.

I would be leary of using this tax service. They do not care about the customer but obviously just their money and the customer service is horrible because not only was the owner rude to me but the receptionist was as well. I would avoid them at all costs.

This will be my third year having my taxes prepared by the personnel from AccuTax. I had always done things myself, until I got married and my wife referred us to them. I have been very impressed with the profesionalism, and especially the attention to detail we get from the staff there. I would definately reccommend any of my friends or family see the staff at AccuTax if they ever asked.
