Founded in 1664, Hopkins Academy is a middle and high school that serves students in grades 7 through 12 and offers college preparatory courses. It provides academic classes and extracurricular activities to more than 250 students. The academy organizes a range of athletic activities that includes soccer, golf, basketball, softball and baseball. It serves a selection of lunch items. Hopkins Academy specializes in the fulfillment of physical, emotional, social and mental needs of students. It offers educational courses in social studies, science, math, English, and health and physical education. The academy also conducts language classes in French and Spanish. It is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. Hopkins Academy is located in Hadley, Mass. It is owned and operated by Hadley Public Schools.
