I could not agree more. If he were in sales, I would say he's a great salesman, at least when selling himself, but then that's the end of what you'll get. Sometimes you'll get a call back, sometimes you won't. It doesn't matter if I like the man, it matters if he's a good attorney and professional. It's not so professional to not show up and go elsewhere. Bigger case worth more money? Like the people better? Easier work? I don't know the answer to that but I do know my case is of no importance to this man. I made a big mistake. Should have went with Wixted, Asbell or Agre. I was disrespected, unimportant and left unimpressed. And, I hired this person for results and didn't get any in the end anyway. I don't know if he has personal problems getting in the way or what, but then see a shrink, take a pill, or take a few weeks off, but people are hiring criminal defense lawyers for solutions, not problems.

A Be cautious when hiring this guy. He will swoop you in with telling you he has "20+ years as a prosecutor", which in turn may be true. However, he will charge you a very high rate and put in as little work as he has too despite how much evidence of your innocence YOU personally provide him. He makes what he is doing "sound" like he is saving your life. For what I hired him for I could have used a FREE public defender with the same outcome! Find yourself someone who will actually work for you!!!
