We were the only two guest, yet we had to seat ourselves, our waitress was condescending as if I've never had sushi, she took my tea pot that I was still using and rushed us out. Two other groups showed up during that time, but It was still dead. The food is also over priced. I don't plan to ever stop by here again.

So rude keeps hanging up on us and we're not even done asking questions.

The place is not bad, service is not bad, but they charge as if it was awesome and top of the line. Shrimp is cockel size and paying $39 (tip was extra of course) for a Hibachi dinner with Filet Mignon, Shrimp, Fried rice and a glass of water is really excessive. Even other places with real big shrimp and the whole other things with a delicious taste are more reasonable ($25 - $30). If food was amazing I would have not bothered the price (after looking the prices I just stayed in hopes that food was as good as they are charging for it but wasn't the case unfortunately) but for what they offer is really excessive. So you decide but be advised.

I wish I could give Ichiban a rating of no stars. I honestly have never been more disappointed, insulted, and offended in and by a restaurant. I went to the restaurant for my father's 50th birthday. We had certificates from restaurant.com that we paid for. We called ahead and asked since we had a large party if we were allowed to use 2 certificate. The owner said yes as long as we ordered 4 combos, which we planned to do anyway. We were welcomed warmly. Everything seemed fine until our party of 8 began ordering our drinks. The first three of us order water because we prefer not to drink soda or alcohol. We honestly weren't trying to make the bill smaller. We just like water. The waitress taking our order told us they were going to accept our "coupons" from restaurant.com and that "WE SHOULD BE MORE CONSIDERATE WITH OUR DRINK ORDERS" because of this. Then they said we could order their sparkling and bottled water if we wanted water. We had never been more insulted by a restaurant in our lives. We cancelled our drink orders, left promptly, and went to Outback Steakhouse. We won't be back again. Sad, because they lost a lot of business being we were a party of 8.
