My key would not enter the ignition and my car was luckily parked in my garage. Michael explained that an entire lock must be installed and the part had to be shipped from the factory. The estimated time was delayed and arrived late (probably due to the weather). When it arrived in late morning, I had my insurance company order the tow truck and again this became delayed. I had to reschedule the appointment for Saturday morning. I arrive at the dealership just before 9 am. It took a bit longer than estimated, but it was completed by noon. Michael was very hands on and kept me informed.

I brought my car in for my free 30K mile service. Michael took care of me and kept me updated while I waited for the work to be completed. Everything went smoothly and I got my car back in a timely manner. My car was also washed for me. Great service.

Professional and great service. Offered loaner. Picked up my car same day cleaned. They diagnosed my issue, called and reviewed it over the phone, and performed the requested repairs the same day.

Good...transportation back and forth to the dealership was a little hairy this time, but when it became necessary to keep my car overnight, Michael made arrangements for a loaner. I appreciated the effort.
