Don't expect them fix anything they break. I had a pipe they "fixed" at a home I own in grant. My husband and I travel a lot and we explained to the tech that we had the house winterized and would be leaving town again and the tech assured us he would turn the water valve back off after checking to see if the pipe was fixed. Well we get back in town and because the tech was incompetent and did not do the simplest thing (turning the water back off) our house was flooded. We haven't had anyone else work on the house. We called them and apparently it is of no concern to them. We called another Roto rooter who said that they are absolutely liable. Just consumer beware and make sure you stand over their shoulder the whole time or the job won't be done sufficiently. Oh I also filed a complaint with the BBB. This is not the last they have heard from me.
