This winery was a huge disapointment! We drove 1.5 hours on Mother's Day and didn't even have a taste. There were several vendors on the grounds and it was a quaint, artsy and 60's type of atmosphere. When we walked into the small tasting room/gift shop (myself, husband and daughter) there were 4 ladies at the bar sitting on the only stools and we were the only other ones there -no one greeted us or even said hello - after 15 minutes I asked a woman providing a tasting if we needed to sign up or if there was a list and she said she would get to us. There were a few other employees, however no one even said hi or asked if we needed help. When the 4 people were done, she asked if I was the only one and I said there were 2 tasting and sat down on a stool excited to try some wine and enjoy my day. Others came up to the bar and were given a lovely greeting and a warm "Happy Mother's Day" while I sat with my husband and daughter and wasn't hardly acknowedged. It was at that point that we left. We recommend when patrons enter the winery they are greeted and, if busy with tastings, tell them that they will get to you soon. Poor customer service will keep us from recommending this winery.

This is my favorite winery. The woman who assisted us was very knowledgable, and took the time to explain everything about the wine. If you don't know much about wine going in, you will coming out. The wine was exceptional. An absolute delight! Very different from your more traditional wine. Low sulfites, so I didn't walk away with a headache like I have at other places. I can't wait to go back!
