We recently had the opportunity to travel to Alaska for a trip of a lifetime. Linda Mick, owner/CEO of the travel agency, A Ticket to Ride, coordinated the entire two week trip, coordinating a first week's cruise and a second week of a "customized" trip trekking inland through Alaska by ourselves. The Agency coordinated land transportation (which included rail and coach) all tours, hotels, transfers and every aspect. It was a phenomenal experience. Everything went incredibly smoothly including luggage transfers to our rooms throughout in-land Alaska and surface transportation. It couldn't have gone better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend A Ticket to Ride Travel to anyone looking for a "customized" trip to fit their schedule.
