      Cut my meds in half for no reason whatsoever and then, when I asked for a copy of my records, I was informed that obtaining a copy of my records would deem me no longer a patient and could not see any of the doctors at the practice. I got my records and received a certified letter in the mail stating I'd been removed as patient.
