Einstein's Bagels are crispy on the outside, and soft and chewy on the inside. You can tell they are fresh baked, and there is no other bagel like them. The coffee is fine, but nothing special, at least in my opinion, but the bagels more than make up for that. There is a fine selection of bagels, and other items known to be in bakeries. I give it five stars.

Good bagels, when they have them. Lately, the selection has been skimpy, especially early in the morning on weekdays.
